As per a notice filed with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, USA's Total Petrochemicals expressed intent to resume operations at the nine units of its 232,000 bpd Port Arthur refinery in Texas on Sunday. Totals's nine units - 804, 805, 810, 819, 822, 823, 824, 825 and 836 - which were shut on July 9, were set to fully resume by Thursday. As per the traders, the units were stopped because of meager refining margins.
