India's Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) offered 30,000 tons of naphtha for October 24 - 26 loading from New Mangalore, a tender document confirmed. MRPL had sold its previous late-September naphtha tender at a premium of US$18/ton above Middle East quotes on freight-on-board (FOB) basis. But currently Asia's naphtha market currently is witnessing plummeting demand. Overall, MRPL has declared offers for 160,000 tons of oil products including fuel oil, gas oil and naphtha October and November lifting from New Mangalore.
