Al Waha Petrochemical to restart Jubail propylene, PP plant after 30 days maintenance shutdown

Al Waha Petrochemical - an affiliate of Sahara Petrochemicals is working on restarting a petrochemical plant after scheduled maintenance, as reported by Reuters. Maintenance work was completed on Thursday. The company had closed its propylene and polypropylene plant in Jubail for 30 days from April 1. The plant has capacity to produce 460,000 tpa of propylene which serves as feedstock to make 450,000 tpa of polypropylene, according to its website.
