According to a decree signed by the Azerbaijani President, Azerkimya PU was incorporated into the SOCAR structure. Azerkimya has joined the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) as a production unit. As per the President’s order, the Kimyaelmitedgigatlahiya Institute and several other plants are to be subordinated to Azerkimya as facilities without the rights of legal entities.
