Basell will expand polypropylene capacity at Bayport by restarting a polypropylene plant that has been inactive since 2001 The Company presently operates two Spheripol process plants at Bayport with capacity of 530 KT. The plant to be restarted also uses Spheripol process and has a capacity of 220 KT. The plant is scheduled for Q2-08.
