BIPC's quarterly petrochemical production exceeds 2 mln tons

Bandar Imam Petrochemical Complex has produced more than two million tons of petrochemicals during the first four months of the current Iranian year, marking a 5% increase in production as against last year's production during the same period. BIPC is Iran's largest petrochemical plant, and has produced 500,000 tons more petrochemicals, than what it was set to achieve for this year. The complex exports benzene, pyrolysis, butane, ethane, ethylene, fuel oil, propane, paraxylene, pentane and xylene.
