Boskalis awarded dredging contract for petrochemical complex in Indonesia

Royal Boskalis Westminster (Boskalis) has been awarded two dredging contracts in Indonesia, worth US$84.35 mln for expansion of a container terminal and a new petrochemical complex- to be executed in H2-2019. The company has to prepare land for the new petrochemical complex to be located in the island of Java. For the complex of Lotte Chemical, located in the coastal city Cilgono, Boskalis will prepare 95 hectares of land for construction purposes by supplying sand and improving the soil by means of vertical drainage executed by Boskalis subsidiary Cofra.
