China Coal Shaanxi Yulin Energy & Chemical plans to start up one of its two new light olefins recovery units at Yulin, Shaanxi province, in 2013, technology provider Lummus Technology said to Platts. The units are expected to have a combined capacity of 300,000 tpa of ethylene and 300,000 tpa of propylene. It is not clear when the second unit will come online.
