A subsidiary of China Datang Corporation has selected UNIPOL™ PP Process Technology with design capacity of 500,000 tpa for its new polypropylene facility. Located in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the plant will produce homopolymers, random copolymers and impact copolymers. Toyo Engineering Corporation has been chosen to perform the basic engineering work on the plant.
Licensees of the UNIPOL PP Process operate more than 35 production lines around the world, accounting for more than 6.5 million metric tons of global polypropylene production.
