China Engineering Plastics Industry Association honours Rohm and Haas additives business

On its 20th anniversary year (2008) entering China market, Rohm and Haas was recently named "Best Business Partner" in the China Plastics Industry by the China Engineering Plastics Industry Association (CEPIA). The company was recognized for its technical and product excellence and significant technological contributions to China's engineering plastics industry. Set up in 1998, CEPIA has been dedicated to build up the communication platform between the enterprises and government to promoting the updated technologies. Rohm and Haas provides China market with a broad line of high quality additives for vinyl, polyester, polycarbonate, other engineering plastics, their alloys and bioplastics. "This award is a recognition of Rohm and Haas's contributions to the industry with new Paraloid™ BPM technology that enables the usage of bioplastics in a wider range of applications," says Tina Wei, Regional Marketing Manager for Plastic Additives.
