Williams Partners L.P.'s expanded Geismar, Louisiana olefins plant has begun manufacturing ethylene for sale. The company is working towards reaching full production rates and shortly thereafter ramping up the plant to the expanded production capacity of 1.95 billion lbs of ethylene per year.
