Polypropylene sentiments continued to be gloomy in markets of China in several provinces. A section of domestic sellers who have run out of stocks prefer to be in the sidelines, while another section that views market outlook as pessimistic has reduced offers in a bid to encourage sale. In certain regions, offers have been lowered as a result of slow moving sales and absence of deal conclusion.
