Polystyrene prices tumbled by 9% as the 'benzene bubble' finally burst. Polyethylene prices experienced the sharpest price drop, when few grades tumbled by almost 5% compared to last month. PVC prices were lower by 4%, while polypropylene fell by nearly 3%.
