Ferromatik Milacron India demonstrated its High Performance - New Generation Injection Moulding Machine Technologies & Solutions at their recently concluded Open House held between 2nd to 4th September 2013 at their Vatva, India Facility. The event was a Grand Success with over 800 Visitors from Plastics Moulding Fraternity along with various Suppliers & Partners displaying wide range of New Solutions with Benchmark Performance in terms of Cycle Time & Energy Efficiency. At the Open House, High Performance Leading Technological Solutions were presented. Highlights: Two Component Injection Moulding Machine – 1st Time ever built in India High Performance PET Production System – 32 Cavity System with Complete Auxiliary & Conveying System In-Mould Labeling System for Thin Wall Container – Thin Wall Moulding with Robotics & Free Fall at record breaking Lowest Cycle Time Largest India Built All Electric Injection Moulding Machine – 550 Ton During Open House, Company unveiled its Hydraulic Injection Mouding Machines - Energy Efficient New Generation Hydron Servo Machines from 100 ton to 450 tons. The event showcased the Technological Advancements with High Productivity & moving towards Enhanced Energy Efficiency.
