Reliance Petroleum's (India) new 580,000 bpd green field refinery cum polypropylene plant under construction in Jamnagar, Gujarat was hampered by a minor blaze. As per sources, the project construction infrastructure area of the refinery where waste material was accumulated set ablaze. However, the fire has been put off with no casualties reported and the situation is under control. As per the sources, the Reliance Refinery Complex have resumed normalcy in operations.
