Ineos Group has declared force majeure on ethylene and propylene produced at CologneKöln plant in Germany, following the unplanned closure of Cracker 4. The unresolved technical glitch has interrupted production since the cracker at Koln on Dec. 10. Operations at the other cracker at the site are normal.
