Colour and additive masterbatch producer Gabriel-Chemie (Gumpoldskirchen, Austria) is to build a 400 tpa production plant to be successively increased to 1,000 tpa capacity over the next two years. The plant is to be located near Moscow, Russia, and is to serve as a laboratory and delivery base for the CIS countries. The facility will be brought on line in April 2007.
