KIEFEL GMBH, Germany-based manufacturer of plastic processing machinery and a part of Brückner Group, is now represented by its own subsidiary, KIEFEL do Brasil in the Latin American nation of Brazil. The company also has a representative presence in Sao Paulo and aims to focus on the key markets including medical and automotives. Kiefel sees potential in the Brazilian packaging industry, particularly with regard to the successful automatic pressure forming machines of the Speedformer series, and also the cup forming machines of the Thermorunner range. For manufacturers of bags for medical uses, KIEFEL offers fully-automatic seam-welding units based on HF or thermal contact technology, along with high-performance filling systems. Further target groups include the automotive industry and manufacturers of refrigerators.
