Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd’s recently revamped naphtha cracker has seen a delay in start up by over a week. In end-October, HPL had shut its plant for a 75-day maintenance and expansion schedule, augmenting nameplate capacity by 30% to around 676,000 tpa.
