Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd (HPL)'s much awaited initial public offer (IPO) - as part of the corporate debt-restructuring package, will see the light of the day in the next financial year. The proceeds of the IPO would go towards expansion of the company. The extension for floating the IPO has been sought from the CDR cell.
