Japanese oil refiner Idemitsu Kosan Co has restarted one of the two naphtha crackers at its Tokuyama plant on Friday following planned repair work, as per Reuters. The cracker had been shut since late May.
The Tokuyama plant in western Japan has two crackers with capacity of 256,000 tpa and 367,000 tpa, taking into account annual maintenance shutdowns
