State-run oil marketing player Indian Oil Corporation Ltd is the latest public sector undertaking to have evinced interest in the 15 mln tpa integrated refinery-cum-petrochemical complex proposed to be set up in the Vizag-Kakinada Petroleum, Chemical, Petrochemical Investment Region (PCPIR). HPCL is scouting for a foreign partner to set up the 15 mln tpa integrated refinery-cum-petrochemical complex along with partner Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) in the PCPIR.
