In a bid towards polishing corporate brands, plans seem underway to rechristen Indian Petrochemicals Corporation (IPCL)- the last lap of an often difficult integration of a PSU with a private sector company.
As per the settlement, both the RIL Group and Reliance ADAG (Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group) have the right to use the Reliance name and the 'R' logo, but in different colours. While the RIL Group uses a golden 'R' for its corporate brand, Reliance ADAG uses a green 'R' for Reliance Infocomm and an orange one for Reliance Energy.
