Indian Plastic Federation (IPF), organizer of Indplas 06, is currently building a polypark in Howrah. Now the association plans to build a second such facility in Haldia, for which it plans to seek land from Haldia Development Authority. The first polypark would come at Sankrail, Howrah and was being jointly promoted by IPF and West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation. Thirty-six units will come up in the first polypark.
