Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (JEC) has been selected by Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) to provide engineering and procurement assistance services for the construction of offsites and utilities facilities for a cracker complex at the Jamnagar refining and petrochemical complex in Gujarat, on the West Coast of India. The contract is being executed from Jacobs' offices in Mumbai, India. Officials did not disclose the contract value.
Jacobs Group Vice President Allyn Taylor stated, “We are delighted to be supporting Reliance and their strategic vision for this important project at Jamnagar. This latest award further reinforces our long term commitment to Reliance and the value we can deliver through our integrated teamwork."
