Japan's JX Nippon Oil & Energy has delayed restart of its 443,000 tpa naphtha cracker in Kawasaki, shut since April 24, due to extended repair work, as per Reuters. The company had originally aimed to restart the cracker around May 3. A company spokesman did not give details about the extended repair work, adding the restart date was unclear
