A detailed feasibility study for the construction of a petrochemical complex in Atyrau region will be passed to the government of Kazakhstan in II Q 2006. In October 2005 a bid for the detailed feasibility study was won by Foster Wheeler. A memorandum has been recently signed about intentions to supply dry gas for the petrochemical complex in West Kazakhstan region for its further processing in polymer products by JSC "Survey Extraction "KazMunaiGaz" and "Agip KCO".
