Keltic Petrochemicals proposes a US$4 billion petrochemical complex, LNG importation and vapourization facility and associated infrastructure in Goldboro, Nova Scotia. The complex will include petrochemical facilities, a marginal wharf, an LNG terminal, LNG storage and re-gasification facilities, an electrical co-generation facility and a highway to the development site.
