KNM Group Bhd's subsidiaries- KNM International Sdn Bhd and KNM Process Systems Sdn Bhd have entered into three share sale and purchase agreements to acquire 80% each in HZM Industrial Ltda, HZM Servicos Ltda and HZM S.A Ltda. Th egroup has made the acquisition at a total of Brazilian Real 27 million. The proposed acquisition will allow the KNM group to enhance its presence through the design and manufacturing of process equipment for the oil, gas, petrochemicals and minerals mining industries and enable KNM to have instant manufacturing capacity in Brazil.
