Benchmark oil for June delivery rose by over 80 cents, to US$96.8 on the Nymex, as the US stock markets reversed early losses along with a falling dollar. The euro rose to 1.2865 from US$1.2829 Friday. The dollar fell to 102.46 yen from 103.18. Brent crude inched up to US$104.97 a barrel on the ICE Futures exchange in London.
