As Tropical Storm Chris showed signs of weakening, oil prices fell on Thursday. Light sweet crude for September delivery dropped to US$75.46 a barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange, and on London's ICE Futures exchange, September Brent crude fell to US$76.56 a barrel.
