Turkish national petrochemicals producer Petkim has raised its list prices for polyvinyl chloride by US$25/mt on the week, trade sources said Monday, as per Platts. The company wasn't immediately available for comment on the matter. Turkish spot prices were assessed stable last week at US$775/mt CFR Turkey on a broadly stable range of offers. However, supply was heard limited as falling prices since August, on the back of economic troubles, have resulted in low inventory levels in 2016. Traders pegged PVC list prices at US$1040/mt FCA Aliaga for pipe grade and US$1070/mt FCA Aliaga for speciality grades. Petkim kept other polymers' prices stable, the sources said.
