The first phase of the Jam Petrochemical Complex in southern Iran will go on stream by the end of current Iranian year (March 19, 2008). It will have the capacity to produce over 1.7 mln tons of ethylene, propylene and olefins.
Related downstream industries will commence 1-3 months after the complex becomes operational.
