The biggest Maha Kumbh of the country's plastic industry, Plast Pack 2025, is going to be held in Indore for the first time. More than one lakh people from all over the country associated with plastic production and business will participate in it. Producers from 8 surrounding states including MP will participate. Till now this event used to be held in Delhi, but for the first time Indore has got its hosting. Big companies of the country will present their modern machines and equipment along with new technology at more than 200 stalls between 9 and 12 January at the biggest Labh Ganga Exhibition Center in the eastern region of the city. Preparations were going on for the last three months for the event. Special arrangements are being made in the city to welcome the giants associated with the plastic industry.
200 stalls on 80 thousand square feet of space
The hosting of Plast Pack 2025 was given to MP Plastic Association. Secretary Sachin Bansal said, getting the responsibility of such a big event for the first time is a big achievement for the plastic industry of MP including Indore. For the first time, the country's biggest event in this sector will be held in a city other than Delhi. Domes are being built on about 80 thousand square feet of land of Labh Ganga Exhibition Center between 9 and 12 January 2025. Most of the big companies of the country will give presentation of their machines and products here. Along with plastic, big players of the packaging industry are also coming here. Apart from MP, stalls of companies related to plastic business from a total of 8 states including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh will be set up. With the announcement of the event in Indore, stall booking started and all the stalls have been booked a month before the event.
Plaster Pack on the lines of Global Investors Summit
Plast Pack 2025 is being organized in Indore on the lines of the state government's Global Investors Summit. In this, along with branding of MP's strong position of plastic industries, brainstorming will also be done about the future. Representatives of the state government will also participate in this event and schemes related to the development of industries will be showcased. MPIDC (MP Industrial Development Corporation) will also have a stall, where information about the government's schemes related to industrial promotion will be given.
Discussion on international growth of plastic industry too
Bansal said, many innovations are being done in this event of Plast Pack, which will take the success of this event to new dimensions and records. Along with showcasing the products of the companies in the exhibition, there will also be brainstorming on the international level growth of the plastic industry sector. 6 different sessions have been organized in the four-day event, in which these topics will be discussed. The giants associated with the plastic business will put forth their views here. Along with the future roadmap, the problems and challenges related to this sector will also be discussed in detail. Amendments in the government policies will also be discussed.
Investors will get information about land at a click
Along with participants from 8 states, people associated with the plastic sector from all over the country will participate in Plast Pack 2025. The All India Plastic Association has also specially invited investors planning to expand their industries in this event. Presentations will be given to investors to invest in MP. The Industry Department of the state government will provide information related to the land of industries present in different cities to the investors at a click. Efforts are being made to get some investors to visit the land of Indore and surrounding areas and also get MoUs signed with them. The state government has proposed a plastic cluster in Betma on Dhar Road near Indore, the land there will also be shown to investors.
Plast Pack has brought the shine of Brand Indore
Organizing India Plast Pack in Indore, which has become a brand in the world due to being the country's cleanest city for seven times, Global Investors Summit, G-20, dozens of international cricket matches, IPL, concerts like Diljit Dosanjh, and the capital of taste, is an important achievement. Organizing committee chief Sachin Bansal said, being the industrial capital of the state as well as seeing the rapid industrial development in Madhya Pradesh, the All India Plastic Association has given the hosting of the event to Indore after detailed brainstorming. Plast Pack will benefit not only the plastic industry of Madhya Pradesh but also other sectors.
Live demo of modern machines, robots will be seen doing production
Many renowned companies will present their state-of-the-art machines here for the first time in Plast Pack. Stalls of big brands like Milcron, Sai Machine Tools, JJ Industries and Windsor will also be set up here. Eight days before the Plast Pack, modern machines will start arriving in Indore in big trolleys and will be stalled at the venue. Many machines related to robotics will be seen making products here. Many machines will be seen being operated by robots and producing.
Entry is free, most hotels are booked for guests
For the last three days, preparations have been made for the event.
Preparations have been going on for a month. Sachin Bansal said, most of the hotels in the city have been booked for the large number of industrialists and exhibitors coming. Along with welcoming the guests, there will also be a cultural event one evening during the event. A gala dinner will be organized for regional units, industrialists and businessmen from all over the country, hosted by the MP Association.
Plastic pipe machine worth Rs 2 crore in the state for the first time
Along with the display of machines and equipment related to innovations and new technology, a machine worth about Rs 2 crore for making plastic pipes will be kept in the exhibition for the first time in MP. Plastic pipes will be made in three layers with this ultra-modern machine. There will be a steel layer between two layers of plastic.
