Indian polypropylene maker, Reliance, has restarted its 600,000 tpa PP plant and 450,000 tpa high-density PP plant at Hazira on Dec 13 and 14, following an accidental shut-down on Dec 8 suffering a power outage, as per ccfgroup.com. The plant is based on naphtha steam cracker, and has total olefin capacity of 1.1 mln per year, and this phase is restarted on Monday, followed by its 600,000 tpa PP unit and 450,000 tpa high-density PP unit.
