S.Korea's KPIC to invest in BTX production

South Korea's Korea Petrochemical Industry Co. (KPIC) plans to invest 45.5 billion won (US$48.48 million) in building a facility to produce gasoline, benzene, toluene, and xylene (BTX). Total production at the unit, to start around October 2008, is estimated to be 200,000 tpa.
