Saudi Kayan inks preliminary agreement with Daelim for petrochemical plant in Jubail

Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company has signed a letter of intent with South Korea's Daelim Industrial Company to build a petrochemical plant in Jubail. The plant will have the capacity to produce 300,000 tpa low density polyethylene, and will be part of Kayan's giant petrochemical complex. Saudi Kayan signed a letter of intent with Daelim for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC). The preliminary agreement will last for three months.
