Shanghai SECCO Petrochemical Co Ltd, a 50:30:20 joint venture between Chinese subsidiary of BP Plc, Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co Ltd and Sinopec has completed the expansion of its ethylene plant, ramping up capacity to 1.09 mln tpa from the previous 900,000 tpa. It took the company about 50 days to complete the expansion plan.
