South Korea's largest oil company SK Corporation has formed a strategic alliance with Japan's No. 1 oil firm Nippon Oil Corporation, to cooperate in five sectors including overseas resource development, petrochemicals and overseas lubricant operations. This move is expected to reduce costs, boost efficiency and create new opportunities through joint projects in the fast-growing Asian region.
