With reference to the rumors including text messages floating in the market regarding takeover of Supreme Petrochem Ltd (SPL) by a bigger Company, Supreme Petrochem Ltd has clarified to BSE that these rumors are baseless and no such proposals are being discussed as per moneycontrol.com.
