Taiwan’s state-owned oil refiner CPC Corp is conducting tests at it No. 4 naphtha cracker before restarting it. Restart has been planned for this week after repair work at the plant shut because of a compressor fault. The plant, with production capacity of 350,000 tpa ethylene, has been shut since May 22.
