Turkey's Privatisation Administration (OIB) has made no decision on selling petrochemicals firm Petkim. The highest bidder was a Kazakhstan-based consortium, Transcentral Asia Petrochemical Holding.
OIB had started talking to the second highest bidder of the July tender. Trading in shares in Turkish energy firm Turcas and Petkim was suspended on Tuesday, pending a statement from the Privatisation Administration (OIB).
