a)INR 2000/MT discount for lifting of >= 10% < 12% of annualised APPQ
b)INR 3000/MT discount for lifting >= 12% of annualised APPQ.
Quantity eligible for discount will only be over and above 3% of APPQ.
For eg. if a customer lifts 10% of APPQ, they will get INR 2000/MT on 7%.
