13 units at China National Offshore Oil Corp’s (CNOOC) 12 mln tpa Huizhou Refinery Project have commenced operations allowing the company to begin supplying products to the market. After more than 3 years of construction, the mechanical completion of Huizhou refinery was accomplished in March 2009. Production includes gasoline, kerosene, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, propylene, naphtha, petroleum coke and sulfur.
