Dubai Poly Film Company, A UAE-based company plans to buy 40% stake in Oman's Al Khaleej Polypropylene Products (AKPP) Co. The company has received a preliminary approval from the Capital Market Authority for acquiring a maximum of 70% stake in AKPP.
As a first step, the Dubai firm plans to buy 40% stake from major shareholders and then plans to buy another 30% stake from the market later
