Conference to discuss process safety, human preparedness and issues pertaining to petrochemical industry

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards implementation is to be the focal point of discussion at the 2nd Annual Global HSE Conference in Chemicals and Petrochemicals to be held in Rome, from October 8-10. This conference is the fall out of the Texas Refinery accident in February 2008, thereby causing a debate in media and public opinion on the HSE standards. The conference aims at making the companies reinforce thought on the process and implementation of the HSE policies and procedures and the increasing importance of the HSE standards like never in the past.
