Abu Dhabi National Oil Co (ADNOC) continues to maintain its July 2016-June 2017 naphtha premiums at an initial offer levels of US$12-15/ton to Middle East quotes on a free-on-board (FOB) basis despite buyers' counter bids on May 3, as per Reuters. These levels are lower than ADNOC's previous contract for July 2015-June 2016, as fundamentals are weaker now than before.
