Philadelphia-based Arkema Inc, a global diversified chemical maker has announced the price increase of US$0.12/lb for all methyl ethyl ketone peroxides (MEKPs) and blends.
Arkema's MEKPs and blends used in hot and cold curing of unsaturated polyester resins and have applications in building, transportation and leisure sectors. The price increase comes in the light of rising raw materials, energy and transportation cost.
