Work on the mega Assam Gas Cracker project is on track, with the Centre today announcing that 99% of the project work has been completed, as per Assam Tribune. As on March 15, the cumulative physical progress of the Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL) project is 99.5% and the construction progress achieved is 98.7%. The mechanical completion of all the units at Lepetkata has been achieved. The project is targeted to be completed by June.
