Rising raw material and energy costs continue to exert pressure on European prices for the styrene polymers ABS and SAM.
For the month of October of this year BASF plans to raise its European prices for the styrene polymers Terluran* (ABS) and Luran* (SAN) by €100 per metric ton.
Terluran is the trade name for BASF's ABS and Lurn is the trade name for BASF's SAN.
